Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen

The 3 Fonteinen brewery located in Beersel is a cornerstone of Belgian brewing culture. It specializes in producing lambic-style beers. The brewery promotes the use of regional ingredients as much as possible. For barley, it collaborates closely with local farmers and cultivates ancient varieties to preserve this heritage that was nearly lost forever.
Zythologist

Eccentric beers and shirts, this is the winning combo offered by ZYTHOLOGIST. Equipped with their colorful attire, our two Crafters produce modern beers inspired by their many travels. As their outfit indicates, they founded their micro-brewery on the Hawaiian theme.
A few years ago, Nicolas and Bruno's friendship was borned during beer tastings where all their senses were used. This beverage became quickly a common passion. This is why they started studies of zythology and experimentation with their first brews. Always thirsty for knowledge, our 2 Zythologist's began micro-brewers studies.
La Source Beer Co

Based in Brussels, La Source is an artisanal & creative microbrewery active since October 2019. IPAs, sour & wild beers, seasonals, barrel aged or classic styles revisited make the variety of our production.

Cantillon

Cantillon Brewery, located in Brussels, is a cornerstone of Belgian brewing heritage. Since its establishment in 1900, Cantillon has been celebrated for its spontaneously fermented beers like lambics and gueuzes. With unwavering dedication, Cantillon preserves traditional brewing methods, using natural ingredients and artisanal techniques.
De Struise Brouwers

Owners of a ostrich-raising farm, Urbain Coutteau and Philippe Driessens developed an interest in making distinctive regional beers to serve to their guests. In 2001 they began doing so with help from local wine maker Carlo Grootaert, and this project eventually developed into its own independent commercial concern.In 2008, RateBeer declared Struise to be the best brewers in the world per their annual members' poll.
